What I do
I help companies implement AI agents and undergo digital transformation. We start with one real process, bring it to a working solution, then scale it up - from a simple agent for the owner to a corporate circuit for several departments.
We develop IT products and solutions, do rapid prototyping for the task. Together with you, we turn your idea into something that works: a landing page, a website, a Telegram bot, a mini-application, an internal service or a full-fledged IT project.
A separate direction - I help you figure out how to become a resident of Skolkovo, receive a FSI grant, enter the register of domestic software and be accredited by the Ministry of Digital Development. I’ve walked this path myself, so I know not only the formal requirements, but also what applications usually fail at.
Practitioner, not theorist
I manage an IT company, and AI agents work inside it every day: they write code, sort out customer requests, and conduct publications. Everything I talk about, I first check on myself - and only then transfer it to others.
That’s why I don’t work with reports. We sit down and analyze a specific task: select a process, assemble it, launch it. You leave not with a presentation, but with a solution and an understanding of how to improve it.
Business, technology and training
Individually, many have each area. Together is rare, and this is what decides.
Fourteen years of entrepreneurial experience. I run an IT company: our rental management platform works for real clients. I know how money is counted and why a handsome pilot often doesn’t get to work every day.
AI agents work inside my company every day: they write code, sort out requests, and conduct publications. First I test it on myself, then I pass it on to others.
I teach at DSTU, I run acceleration programs - more than a thousand people have gone through them. Certified technology project tracker. I know how to explain things so that they can continue to work without me.
